Dr Ol’Tunde Ashaolu

Dr Ol' Tunde Ashaolu is the Founder, CEO and Medical Director of DaVinci, a cutting-edge platform revolutionising healthcare through intelligent, algorithm-driven insights. With an extensive background in clinical medicine and a wealth of hands-on experience, his leadership is driven by a deep understanding of patient care and system innovation. As a practising NHS (UK) consultant, Tunde is not only a strategic leader but also the architect and builder of the proprietary algorithm that is DaVinci. His clinical expertise is embedded in every layer of the platform, making it a trusted tool for clinicians and institutions alike.
Tunde’s mission is simple: to enhance diagnostic precision, streamline healthcare pathways, and empower practitioners to attain their best using the latest technology. His fusion of medical insight with technological design is the foundation of DaVinci’s success.
Prof Radu Calinescu
MEng DPhil SMIEEE
Radu is Professor of Computer Science at the University of York, UK, and our Technical Director. He leads the R&D team engineering the embodied AI solutions, and ensuring their safety and efficiency. He brings to Davinci over 20 years of experience leading or co-leading R&D projects worth more than £25m across academia and industry, including multiple interdisciplinary efforts.
Mr Olubusuyi Așaolu
PMP, CISM, MBA, CSSMBB, CSM, PRINCE2, ITIL
Olu is an award-winning technology and project management leader with over 25 years of experience driving innovation, large-scale infrastructure, and digital transformation projects across the U.S., Africa, and beyond. He is a co-founder of multiple start-ups in Africa, including platforms in ride-hailing, edtech, and student services.
He has led enterprise programs in energy, utilities, ICT, and government sectors, and he has had leadership roles at Exelon, WSSC Water, Sasol, IBM, AT&T, and major public-sector agencies, where he successfully delivered multimillion-dollar projects in infrastructure modernisation, enterprise systems, and cloud transformation. The wealth of experience that he brought to DAVINCI informed his guidance and oversight in developing our sophisticated algorithms.
He is a National Achievement Award recipient, an Exelon Innovator of the Year 2023 and WSSC Water Innovation Teamwork Awardee 2024.
